I am an Informatics Engineer from Peru with experience in process transformation, design research and service design. I started my career working as a Process Analyst, that's when I noticed that I really love to emphasize with people because what I was doing back then was trying to understand the processes and analyzing them looking for improvement opportunities, for that I needed to interview and understand users. Later I discovered other types of projects until I found UX and Transformation projects, then I realized that there I could use my expertise as an informatics engineer to design prototypes (web and app) and to do that I could apply all the expertise that I had emphasizing with people.
After that I've been able to participate in different projects where the aim was to create or improve products or services (digital and no digital). In my previous job at REDBILITY, I've been able to lead UX Projects where I participated in the conceptualization, definition and design or redesign of different websites and digital products such as apps.
In my last job in Continuum I've been able to lead different kinds of projects, with teams of developers and designer, aiming to create products and services with a huge impact on users and business and participating as a designer too.
What I do now
I've got a Master Degree in Design Thinking & CX from EAE Business School and I am looking for an opportunity to take the next step in my career.
