Redesign the web and app of Correos Prepago also including new flows.
Create a new service for business clients.
THE PROCESS AND MY CONTRIBUTION....
In this project my rol was Project Manager and also UX consultant, so I needed to lead the team (UI designer, front-end developers and back-end developers), work with the client and also coordinate with the technology provider.
As UX consultant, I had to redefine the interactions and flows for the app and web, developing the functionalities specifications to share with the developers.
Also, for "Correos prepago for business" I was in charge of the conceptualization of the new service, including the definition of the product (vision) and its functionalities from scratch.
Context
Correos is a company responsible for providing postal services for all Spain. Correos Prepago is a banking product they wanted to launch.
Their target user are the ones already loyal to the brand, the majority of them are adults older than 40 years old, and been using Correo's postal services their entire life.
At first we looked into companies like N26, BNext or Revolut because all of them have products similar to the one Correo's wanted to create. We took that information as inspiration and combined with insights from our user research to conceptualize the new product.
PRODUCT DESIGN
The information architecture was designed in a tree diagram, and the functionalities included in the prototypes in sketch using a library that would allowed us to include a lot of detailed to make easier the job for the developers.
BEFORE AND AFTER
Because of the confidentiality agreement I signed, I can not share much details, however, I tried to explain my participation in this project that was very huge for the company. In this segment I am sharing just the before and after of the public site, just for you to see the difference visually and in terms of information architecture, also you can visit the correos prepago website and download the app to see for yourself the new flows we created.
