This project involved conceptualizing a product designed to assist users in identifying the necessary skills for a successful career transition. As a result, we developed a platform that assesses users' abilities based on their work and educational backgrounds. We implemented an algorithm that provides users with recommendations for potential career paths and suggests relevant courses to facilitate their successful transition.
The product was integrated into six companies, with over a thousand users registering their information and utilizing the platform. Our goal was to gain traction with these companies, ensuring the product's utility in guiding decisions about employees' career paths. We achieved success by creating more than three pilot programs for companies.
